Memorandum of cooperation between OSUIA and the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Odesa region

Today, November 11, the rector of Odesa State University of Internal Affairs, Police Colonel Viacheslav Davydenko, and the head of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Odesa Region, Police General of the Third Rank Ivan Zhuk, signed a Memorandum of Cooperation.

The memorandum provides for:

- ensuring public safety and order in the city of Odesa and Odesa region during martial law;

- organizing all types of practical training and internships for university students in structural and territorial units of the Main Directorate of the National Police;

- improving the organization of the educational process at OSUIA in terms of strengthening its practical component;

- providing permanent university staff with practical work experience in the structural and territorial divisions of the Main Directorate of the National Police.

The signing of the memorandum was another step towards establishing and strengthening cooperation between the university and the practical bodies of the National Police.
