OSUIA Cadets Joined Security Measures in Odesa During the Blackout

Amid the blackout and severe weather conditions in Odesa, cadets of the Odesa State University of Internal Affairs are ensuring public safety and order as part of reinforced patrol units together with officers of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Odesa Region.

In order to strengthen preventive and security measures within the city of Odesa, prevent offenses, and ensure rapid response to any incidents, law enforcement officers are patrolling public places, “Points of Invincibility,” and other areas of mass gathering.

Joint police patrols are providing necessary assistance to citizens who found themselves in difficult conditions as a result of enemy strikes on energy infrastructure facilities in Odesa Region.

Participation in such activities not only enhances security in Odesa but also provides cadets with valuable practical experience essential for their future service in the units of the National Police of Ukraine.
