Rector's Cup of the Odesa State University of Internal Affairs in sambo wrestling
Тhe other day the Rector's Cup of Odesa State University of Internal Affairs was held among cadets, students and trainees.
The purpose of the competition was to select the university team that will participate in the Sambo Championship among cadets of higher education institutions under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, and higher military educational institutions of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine and the National Guard of Ukraine.
The competitions were held in individual and team events. Champions and prize-winners were awarded diplomas, and the winning team won the Rector's Cup.
According to the results in the team competition:
- The first place took the Faculty of Training Specialists for Pre-trial Investigation Bodies of the NPU;
- The second place went to the Educational and Research Institute for Training Specialists for Criminal Police Units of the NPU;
- Third place was taken by the Faculty of Training of Specialists for Preventive Activities of the NPU.
