Information and practical session for OSUIA cadets

The event was held in the format of a training session by a specialist in educational information work from the Ukrainian Red Cross.

Hennadii Medviediev was the speaker, presenting cadets with modern approaches to effective communication with people with disabilities.

The training consisted of several thematic blocks, including:

- the basics of ethical and tolerant communication;

- practical recommendations for interacting with people with different types of disabilities;

- psychological support and overcoming barriers to communication;

- creating an inclusive environment in law enforcement.

Cadets actively participated in discussions, worked in groups, and simulated situations they may encounter in their professional activities.
