On December 15, within the framework of the All-Ukrainian Law Week, commemorating the proclamation of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the II All-Ukrainian Scientific Conference “State and Legal Foundations for the Formation of a Security Environment in Ukraine in the Context of Modern Challenges” was held at the Odesa State University of Internal Affairs.

The conference served as a platform for discussing the most pressing issues of human rights protection, especially in times of war. The event brought together leading scientists, lawyers, volunteers, and representatives of the student community.
