XII International scientific and practical conference «State and prospects of development of administrative law of Ukraine»

On October 24, the 12th International Scientific and Practical Conference «State and Prospects of the Development of Administrative Law of Ukraine» was held at OSUIA, organized by the Department of Administrative and Legal Disciplines of the Institute of Law and Security.

The scientific event was opened by the rector of the university Viacheslav Davydenko.

The participants of the conference were addressed with welcoming words:

Vadym PIANKOVSKYI – Deputy Director of the Department of Education, Science and Sports of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine;

Oleksandr MIROSHNYCHENKO – deputy head of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Odesa region;

Serhii DERKACH – Deputy Minister of Development of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure of Ukraine (online);

Oleh PIDLUBNYI – head of the Southern Odesa Territorial Department of the National Guard of Ukraine;

Oleksandr KOZLENKO – head of the territorial department of the SBI, located in. Mykolaiv;

Oleksandr DZHABURIIA – President of the Fifth Administrative Court of Appeal;

Artur MAKAROV – head of the Department of Strategic Investigations in the Odesa region of the DSI;

Anatolii BURIACHENKO – head of the Southern Interregional Department of the Ministry of Justice in Odesa Region.

The event brought together leading scientists, representatives of the WSB Academy, DCAF, bodies of the National Police, the Prosecutor's Office, the State Bureau of Investigation, the National Guard of Ukraine, and judicial authorities.

The participants of the conference presented reports devoted to topical issues of administrative and legal regulation, the practice of public administration, improving the work of law enforcement agencies, as well as international experience in the field of administrative law.
