Чергова консультація для громадян в Юридичній клініці ОДУВС
On March 11, a regular consultation for citizens was held at the Legal Clinic of Odesa State University of Internal Affairs aimed at providing free legal assistance and supporting the realization of their lawful interests.
During the consultation, four individuals received assistance on various issues:
Civil Law: An elderly person was provided with explanations regarding the non-fulfillment of obligations by another party in a garage cooperative and advised on the procedure for protecting their property rights.
Mobilization Law: A request concerning the arrangement of a deferment for a son who cares for a sick father was reviewed; consultation was provided regarding the necessary documents and the procedure for submitting them.
Protection of Victims: A person who had twice been a victim of theft was informed about the rights of victims and the procedure for interacting with law enforcement agencies.
Social Protection: A request concerning delayed payments during maternity leave was addressed, and recommendations were given on restoring the violated rights.
The consultation was conducted by the head of the Legal Clinic, Artem Pytomets.
The Legal Clinic receives citizens daily from 02:00 to 04:00 pm
