Binary practical exercise as part of the «Criminal Procedure» course

Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Law at Odesa State University of Internal Affairs and Candidate of Legal Sciences, Olena Melnikova, conducted a joint practical session with second- and third-year students of the Institute of Law and Security as part of the course «Criminal Procedure» on the topic: «Patriotic Education of Youth and the Application of the Criminal Procedure Code under Martial Law».

The event was attended by the commander of the 3rd Special Operations Battalion of the 15th Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine «Kara-Dag», call sign «Tsezar», the master sergeant of the same battalion, call sign «Lantsiuh», the commander of the instructor group with the call sign «Chumak», as well as the battalion’s external pilot-operator with the call sign «Shepard». The session took place in the format of an open dialogue.

During their speeches, the speakers emphasized the importance of fostering a sense of patriotism, developing a national defense mindset, and ensuring citizens’ readiness to defend Ukraine.

During the session, attention was focused on issues related to tactical medicine, and a number of current and challenging topics were discussed, which sparked the interest of the students.
