Motorcade Held to Honor the Fallen Defenders of Ukraine

On 28 June, Constitution Day of Ukraine, a commemorative motorcade was held in Odesa to honor the memory of the fallen defenders of Ukraine.
Representatives of Odesa State University of Internal Affairs, as well as veterans of the Russian-Ukrainian War, Andrii Delihioz and Oleh Lavreniuk, took part in the event.

The motorcade followed a route from the Western Cemetery to the Wall of Remembrance on Pastera Street and concluded at the Heroes' Alley in Taras Shevchenko Park. The event ended with a commemorative gathering at the monument to Taras Shevchenko.

Participants were addressed by Volodymyr Yermakov, Director of the Department for Veterans Affairs of the Odesa City Council, along with leaders of veterans' and civil society organizations.

During the event, participants honored the memory of the Ukrainian servicemen and servicewomen who gave their lives for the freedom, independence, and territorial integrity of Ukraine. The motorcade became a symbol of unity, gratitude, and enduring remembrance of the Heroes whose sacrifice will forever remain a part of the history of the Ukrainian people.
