The head of Police Department №2 of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Odesa Region met with students of the Odesa State University of Internal Affairs

The head of Police Department №2 of the Odesa District Police Administration №1 of the Main Police Department in the Odesa Region, Police Colonel Viacheslav Barba, a graduate of Odesa State University of Internal Affairs, shared his own experience of service with OSUIA cadets and gave advice to future officers.

The experienced practitioner emphasized safety and responsibility, because a police officer's knowledge and correct actions save not only his own life, but also the lives of his colleagues. It is important to follow safety precautions when handling weapons and to be able to provide first aid.

According to the head of the police department, only conscientious training, responsible performance of duties, and a desire for professional development ensure a successful career and effective, safe service.

Vyacheslav Barba urged cadets not to be afraid of difficulties, to work hard, and to always value their own safety and that of their colleagues, because success in the police force depends on professionalism and internal discipline.
